After the success with "The food in art from the seventeenth century to Warhol" and "The Splendor of Venice", Palazzo Martinengo accommodates up to 11 I come 2017 a large new exhibition - curated by David Dotti - that tells the public the extraordinary season artistic that Italy lived in the nineteenth century, illustrating the current and painting movements that flourished making the national art scene one of the most vibrant and dynamic in Europe. The more than one hundred selected paintings, from prestigious public and private collections, allow you to take an exciting journey to discover the greatest exponents of neo-classicism, romanticism, the scapigliatura, Macchiaioli and divisionism, presented for the first time in Brescia in a joyful bright atmosphere and ringing tones symphony.
