HOW TO PURCHASE THE GIFT OF A STAY ?
1- Choose the Gift Voucher value type
Choose the stay value type you would like to give as a gift.
- Goldfish (value Euro 350,00)
- Silverfish (value Euro 250,00)
- Bronzefish (value Euro 150,00)
The selected value type can be spent in any period of the year, subject to availability.
This value can be spent not only for the stay but also for any other service available in the Hotel.
2 - Choose the presentation format
- Virtual: the recipient will receive an email containing the Digital Gift Voucher, and details of the gift, including the type and monetary value. If you would like the gift to be a surprise, enter your email address as the recipient and we will e-mail you the Digital Gift Voucher as an attachment in pdf format, which you can print and deliver in person!
Do you like to make it really special ?
Choose our Gift Box : a real gift! Send your gift in an elegant gift box that will hold a physical gift card, a flyer with instructions for its use, and a small welcome gift. For the Gift Box please indicate the precise address of the person to whom you want it send to.
3 - How to purchase?
Payment of vouchers is required at the time of purchase and can be made by credit card .
You will receive an email confirmation upon making payment.
The voucher is nonrefundable.
In case of a no-show booking, the voucher is considered null and void.
4 - Once purchased, how does it work?
Upon making the payment for the Gift Voucher, you will receive a confirmation email and the recipient of the gift will receive, also by email, the Digital Gift Voucher containing details relating to the voucher and instructions for its use.
If you like to do a very special Gift, you can write the recipient's address and we will send him/her a true Gift Box with a nice surprise !
4- What does the recipient have to do?
To use the Gift Voucher, the recipient must simply contact the Reception by phone or email and check upon the availability for the desired period and indicate the type of Gift Voucher received, by calling the telephone number +39 030/9143495 or by writing to our reception@parkhotelonline.it
5- What is the validity of the Gift Voucher?
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from time of purchase. Validity dates will automatically be extended in the event the vouchers cannot be used due to periods of restricted mobility.
